For many customers, telephone support can be extremely frustrating particularly when support is provided from non-technical staff located in another country. One only needs to consider the problems associated with language and time zone issues. Unfortunately many OEMs cannot justify the expense of having dedicated telephone support in the UK. This is why NIE has introduced telephone support to our existing range of services.


With NIE Telephone Support you get the best of both worlds, localised telephone support service provided by highly training technicians without the financial outlay. All calls are logged into our knowledge management system to maintain visibility for the OEM.


As all our technicians are educated to degree level, NIE can remotely resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Most problems can be solved over the telephone or by remotely logging into the customers machine when possible. Depending on the nature and severity of the call, an incident can be escalated to an onsite repair visit, which can also be provided by NIE.
