Shipping

All goods are dispatched via City Link, NIE or DHL. For UK addresses we offer a next day service.
ReturnsAll used products sold are 100% functionally tested prior to despatch and leave our factory in full working order. In addition to this a ’90 day’ Return to Base (RTB) Warranty is also offered for any manufacturing defect that may occur within 90 days from the date of shipping.
 
N.B.  Products marked are subject to the OEM’s standard warranty terms.

Returns

We do not accept the return of goods other than if they are faulty or 'Not as Described'. All goods must be returned to us for test & inspection, prior to Northern Industrial Electronisc agreeing any terms of refund/exchange. It is the responsibility of the Consumer to arrange & pay for all shipping/handling costs and any other additional costs incurred for returning the goods to our premises.
 
Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for goods lost or damaged etc. whilst in transit. Once the goods have been despatched, we will advise the Consumer of the relevant Freight Company and a consignment number for them to track their goods. It is the responsibility of the Freight Company and the Consumer to resolve any issues they may have directly with each other.
 
Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for damage caused to goods due to incorrect electrical connections, installation or any other misuse. We reserve the right to test & inspect goods for this prior to Northern Industrial Electronics Ltd agreeing any terms of refund/exchange.
 
Cancelled orders will be refunded via the original payment method to the Consumer in a timely manner, only when the goods have been received by Northern Industrial Electronics and have been tested and found to be in their original condition, this includes all original packaging and any other auxiliary goods received.
